置安居物業代理蘇永耀表示，最近屯門區市況明顯轉靜，睇樓量下跌一半，成交量更大跌六成，業主主動擴闊議價空間，幅度由 2至 8%不等，但普遍買家在銀行加息影響下，仍然保持觀望態度。

短短一星期, 日本地震加核危機, 全球注視, 上星期日, 一早講左, 人話冇事, 你就千萬要小心, 睇新聞, 成日講保護層, shit! 普通市民識過屁咩! 如果可以用三言兩語講到就唔係核能啦, 另外 over 90% 既所謂專家, 大都話冇事, 又話very safe, 阿哥, 而家safe 條毛呀!?
好簡單, 我根本就唔識核能, 有冇事, 我地可以從以下知道:
1) 日皇講野, 就已經代表情況嚴重!
2) 菅直人話祝福"福島50"人, 但係冇講信心...
