前 政 府 資 訊 科 技 總 監 葛 輝 向 立 法 會 提 交 文 件 表 示 ， 辭 職 是 因 為 上 網 學 習 支 援 計 劃 遴 選 過 程 受 政 治 影 響 。
他 在 信 中 表 示 ， 財 政 司 司 長 曾 俊 華 表 明 計 劃 不 應 交 志 願 機 構 負 責 ， 又 認 為 互 聯 網 專 業 協 會 提 供 重 要 技 術 。 葛 輝 在 信 中 又 說 ， 收 到 建 議 書 及 評 估 後 ， 他 的 一 名 公 務 員 下 屬 接 獲 財 政 司 司 長 辦 公 室 來 電 ， 希 望 確 定 葛 輝 知 道 財 政 司 司 長 屬 意 的 結 果 。
葛 輝 說 ， 商 務 及 經 濟 發 展 局 常 任 秘 書 長 謝 曼 怡 曾 不 止 一 次 向 他 表 示 ， 將 計 劃 交 予 互 聯 網 專 業 協 會 是 一 項 「 政 治 任 務 」 ， 並 指 是 來 自 超 越 財 政 司 司 長 的 層 次 。
商 務 及 經 濟 發 展 局 反 駁 葛 輝 誤 導 公 眾 ， 強 調 內 部 討 論 時 ， 有 提 及 社 企 執 行 計 劃 的 好 處 ， 但 不 應 被 理 解 為 放 棄 或 破 壞 公 平 競 投 程 序 。 局 方 又 指 ， 由 兩 間 最 優 勝 機 構 合 作 推 行 計 劃 ， 是 葛 輝 親 自 決 定 。

昨晚又看了, 我覺得呢兩位評判, 應該好快收皮, 佢地既所謂專業comment, 根本係完全同觀眾脫離, 講真, 我唔鍾意張達明, 我都覺得達明講得好過佢地好多, 真係不撚之所謂, 學一玩gimmick, 整 sound bite, 又引起唔到觀眾共鳴, 食屎啦!! 唔該佢地上網睇下啦, 50幾萬點擊, 俾d巴打係討論區鬧到你地仆街呀...仲係到揚揚得意, 扮大袋...

受到銀行加息、日本大地震及環球股市動盪的不利因素影響，樓市即時降溫，最近樓價升到癲的屯門市中心細價樓，市況正急轉直下，成交量大跌六成，樓價下調壓力大。
置安居物業代理蘇永耀表示，最近屯門區市況明顯轉靜，睇樓量下跌一半，成交量更大跌六成，業主主動擴闊議價空間，幅度由 2至 8%不等，但普遍買家在銀行加息影響下，仍然保持觀望態度。
