King's Cube



板間房(近日被稱為劏房甚至棺材房)的租金比豪宅高已是眾所週知的事,本作品以銷售豪宅的"地產語言" 來推銷一個在位於深水埗的板間房,然而該房間的"完善"設備卻只屬示範單位所有。

希望透過"地產語言"於不合理空間的運用,讓觀眾對現今租金昂貴、居住環境狹窄、示範單位的不實及銷售樓盤的荒謬手法有所反思。

It is known that cubicle apartments have the rental even higher than luxury properties. This project tried to use the "property promotion language" commonly used in promoting luxury properties to promote a cubicle apartment in Sham Shui Po, where the apartment was claimed to be a show flat in the video.

This promotion language is used in the hope that audience will have reflection on the issues about the unreasonable size and rental of apartments nowadays, the unrealistic set up of show flats and the ridiculousness of property promotion method.
