長毛所引對聯：一二三四五六七(忘八) 孝悌忠信禮義廉(無恥) 長毛的橫批是「行屍酒肉」。對聯原典出自《聊齋誌異‧三朝元老》 ，原故事暗罵一個明朝官員歷事三朝，但用「行屍酒肉」罵林公公就 更傳神。忘八者，烏龜也。正是滿城忘八，舉朝無恥！

呢個世界, 真係好多仆街, 用呢首歌形容此刻心情, 夠貼切~
I packed up my suitcase and left the old farm

長 實 出 名 看 巿 準 ， 而 一 向 「 無 寶 不 落 」 的 賣 樓 手 法 ， 使 買 家 甚 難 從 其 手 中 賺 取 可 觀 的 利 潤 ， 自 栢 慧 豪 園 起 、 將 軍 澳 首 都 及 半 山 壹 號 ， 三 盤 全 以 高 於 同 區 二 手 呎 價 兩 成 或 以 上 開 售 ， 如 果 長 實 真 的 看 好 後 巿 ， 又 怎 會 破 壞 其 一 貫 作 風 高 開 呎 價 的 傳 統 。 去 年 中 開 售 半 山 壹 號 時 ， 將 九 龍 區 豪 宅 呎 價 推 向 新 高 ， 但 樓 賣 完 不 久 ， 樓 巿 即 插 水 。
